 If you have unripe avocados, you can speed up the ripening process by placing them in a paper bag along with a ripe banana or apple. The ethylene gas released by these fruits will help ripen the avocados faster. Once they are ripe, store them in the refrigerator to slow down further ripening. 

Avocado in Different Languages:

 In Kannada, this is called "avocaḍo," while in Gujarati, it is known as "makhanphal." In Bengali, it is referred to as "abokado." Avocado is known as "vennai pazham" in Malayalam.
